Site Issue:

Site requires the cell benches, and floor to be re-decorated in the cell area as they are starting to look dilapidated
They would also like multiple areas of carpet tiles replaced with new and the existing anti-slip nosings on the steps replaced with new ones to highlight the change in levels

Scope of Works:

The existing benches will be sanded down and a 2-part resin installed between the joints to remove any anti ligature points, they will then be painted with 2No. coats of black wood stain
The existing concrete floor will be sanded down and minor imperfections infilled flush with the existing surface, decorators will then apply 2No. coats of anti slip grey floor paint

The existing defective carpet will be lifted and disposed of from site, approximately 94sqm
Once the existing flooring has been removed, the existing subfloor will be latexes and new carpet tiles installed
New yellow anti slip nosings will be installed to all steps
